Centaur 12 x 40 is a liquid phase virgin activated carbon that has been manufactured to develop catalytic functionality. This bituminous product is unique in that it provides high adsorption capacity for HS without chemical impregnants and adsorbs volatile organic compounds in an effective manner. Centaur Carbon is highly effective at removing chloramines from water.
